Day 4: Perpignan - Valencia

Ok it's the last leg of the rally and there's nothing more between you and 40000 tomato pelting lunatics than another beautiful drive, world class paella, and possibly the Ramshackle trophy and a wad of cash for you or your charity!

Between Perpignan and Valencia the landscape changes constantly so there's plenty to keep you occupied. Get your challenge sheets scored and then sadly the rally is over unless you're staying on for La Tomatina!

La Tomatina

The La Tomatina festival does not officially form part of the rally although most Ramshacklers do tend to take part in the lobbing. You will find information about the festival and how best to enjoy it in your rally bible.Since 2013 due to La Tomatina Festival growing every year and the large number of attendees, The local council has decided to introduce a tax of €10 to access the “Tomatoes Area” to guarantee the quality as well as the safety of the festivity. Tickets can be purchased through the following link.
